Refund and Returns Policy

  • We Viponly.lk make every effort to ensure that we accurately represent these products and services and their potential for our buyers.
  • We are providing keys that are genuine and legit. So after the delivery, there will be no refund. The customer must make sure he/she paying for the right product. If there is a problem with the contacted product then we will assist. This was mentioned on all of our product pages.
  • After a successful payment, the key will be delivered to the provided email. This is digital delivery. There will be no boxes or packings.
  • After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty-four (24) hours to deliver. Once your order is complete we will send you a confirmation email with your Product Key at the email address which you provided on our order form.

Note: We are delivering “DIGITAL PRODUCTS”. Once delivered through email it cannot be returned back because it’s not a Physical Product that can be re-soled to another user.

No Refund in the below cases:

  • The buyer places the wrong order without reading the complete product description and the product key is already been delivered through email.
  • Buyer was not able to install the product because of an issue in his/her PC. But already delivered the key to client’s email
  • Change of interest after delivering the key

Refund in the below cases:

  • After receiveing the payment we were unable to deliver the key even afer 24 hour period left.
  • In an event of payment gateway malfunction
  • A key that was purchased not worked for the mentioned period. ( Dont worry!. This is not going to happen )
